Return / Refund Policy
Easy Roll Club does not accept any returns or exchanges due to subjective issues with our products. Should an objective issue or mistake be made with your subscription then returns and exchanges may be processed. All requests must be sent through within 7 days of receipt of order.
All returns require an authorization number from Easy Roll Club, without this your return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund your items must be returned in their original condition.
Should an exchange be processed due to an objective error or issue, Easy Roll Club will cover the cost of shipping.
In the rare and exceptional case that a refund is issued due to a subjective problem, then shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and Easy Roll Club will issue a refund only after the order has been returned.
Once an item has been shipped from our warehouse, it is the customer’s responsibility to organise a return, we cannot recall any deliveries that have left our distribution center and are with a courier company.
If you have been approved for a refund, your credit card used to place the order will be refunded, please note, refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear on your account. Please get in contact only if your refund has not appeared in your account after 7 business days of your return approval.
