Shipping Policy


Easy Roll Club ships nationwide except for Alaska and Hawaii via UPS. All orders are processed within 2 business days of being received. As soon as your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email provided that will include a tracking number for your reference. If you have any questions relating to when your order will be delivered, please refer to your tracking information prior to contacting us.

Once an item has been shipped from our warehouse, it is the customer’s responsibility to organise a return, we cannot recall any deliveries that have left our distribution centre and are with a courier company.

We are dedicated to getting your order to you without any problems whatsoever, but in the rare case that an issue occurs, we will be happy to help. We strive to deliver all orders ASAP, although sometimes courier delays can happen, if your order has not arrived 5 days after the estimated delivery date, please email us at

As we use a door to door courier service, a physical address is required, so unfortunately we cannot deliver to postal boxes. All orders are fully tracked and are authorized to be left in a sheltered area. Easy Roll Club holds no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels or parcels delayed in transit.
